I recently had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Solihull. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hamed and Kelly who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and blackout curtains. Lastly, the location was very convenient, with direct access to the outside, which was perfect for my dog.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Very good value for money, it was enjoyable stay. We have spent 3 days in single room with the fan that sounded like an aircraft landing, comfoprtable bed, for example, everything was very clean.

The gym facilities at Regency were excellent, allowing me to stick to my fitness routine even while traveling. The location of the hotel was also great, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. Despite the rooms being a bit tired, they were still comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of activities.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was conveniently close to the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus for us as we drove to the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
Although we had a positive experience overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The room decor was a bit outdated and could benefit from some refurbishment.
